Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation
We use a participatory monitoring and evaluation approach, built on a simple but powerful cycle: action – reflection – action. Coordination Between Central and Field Offices
Our central and field offices are closely connected through a structured system. Regular communication ensures that what happens in the villages and communities directly informs decision-making at the central level. This helps our programs stay relevant, practical, and responsive.
Reporting System
To remain accountable, TMKS follows a clear reporting process:
Program teams prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports, covering both activities and finances.
These reports are reviewed and authorized by the Executive Director before being shared with the Executive Committee (EC), the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and with concerned government and donor agencies.
Reports are tailored to meet the compliance needs of each donor or authority, ensuring clarity and transparency at every level.
Accountability Through Audit & Evaluation
We back up our reports with strong systems of audit and evaluation:
External audits are conducted annually and submitted to our governing bodies, government authorities, and donor partners.
Mid-term evaluations are carried out through the Participatory Review and Reflection Process (PRRP), which brings together different voices to measure impact and improve planning.
Independent third-party evaluations are a regular practice at TMKS, adding credibility and objectivity to our work.
